I've been dealing with an estate account at the Pretoria branch for the past year, and over the course of many and sometimes complex transactions, the tellers have been consistently great. But special kudos to Blake for above-and-beyond knowledge, efficiency, and commitment to helping out. The estate account manager at the Toronto office, Alina, has been equally outstanding.

Top tier service at this branch today. The teller was knowledgeable and was able to complete my request in a few short minutes. No additional run around as with other branches. Friendly, efficient and highly professional. I definitely recommend this branch over others in the city.
