This may not be the best TD Bank branch, but in my opinion it’s very good and there’s no comparison with the branch at 263 Elgin Street. It’s much better, even though most of the staff there have only recently been appointed; they’re professional and welcoming.
Very rude and disrespectful manager. She failed to handle my request professionally and did not do her job properly. The level of customer service was unacceptable, and her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Based on my experience, I would not recommend visiting this branch.

I had a great experience at this branch. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Lucas, one of the tellers, who was friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain the TD credit card options and helped me apply for my first one. Really appreciated the service!
