Service charge interest on credit card for non exist transaction. Bank wouldn't identify where charge came from only gave general policy cut/paste answer. Wouldn't reverse the charge. All my investments soon off to another Canadian bank. #### Response.. I spoke with a phone agent , who consulted with a manager and they refused to look into it or to identify the reason for the charge. I emailed personal banker J. B. at the branch.
