Top tier service at this branch today. The teller was knowledgeable and was able to complete my request in a few short minutes. No additional run around as with other branches. Friendly, efficient and highly professional. I definitely recommend this branch over others in the city.
I like the bank over all, but today was the second time I arrived to see the teller area is completely closed before their sign states they are open till.
Unprofessional and Dishonest Service Been almost three years with TD then; I applied for a loan for business matter at TD with employee her name ((Harpreet Kaur)) who was rude and dishonest from the beginning. She was huffed and puffed, barely able to speak a ward, and visibly frustrated. Despite stating I’m a (protected person), she falsely told head office I’m a refugee (only) without explanation for what is the case just to end the appointment and reject the application.
