This is not a poor review on the performance of any staff members, I have never had a bad experience at this branch. I am so disappointed this branch is closing and now has quite reduced hours. Major inconvenience for the residents of our local neighbourhoods who now will have either a 30+ minutes walk, a car/bus ride to get to the bank, or to switch banks entirely to stay in the neighbourhood. Important Service for Britannia
Typical bank cornering a plaza, parking is tight and during busy times congested. It is our understanding that this location will soon close and move nearby.
Opened a bank account here with Daljeet for a promotional offer and she promised I would qualify for a cash bonus but I never got it and TD support says my account wasn’t created in time. Daljeet has ignored all of my emails and requests. Very unprofessional, incompetent compared to younger staffed banks, and I will be moving to RBC for their cash transfer bonus. Would not recommend this branch.
I had an excellent experience opening my account at TD Bank thanks to Daljeet. She was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special mention as well to Marco, who was also there and provided such a warm and impeccable welcome. He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Thank you both for such outstanding service, it really makes a difference. I highly recommend this branch :)
