When trying to re-invest a portion of my matured GIC on August 18th which should have been complete in just a few minutes, I was told a manager was not available to sign off and that the papers would be signed in the morning and I could then have my money in my account. This ATM machine has been out of service for over a week now. . I'm getting upset now with TD Bank that all their ATMs lately are always out of service or not working I have made numerous complaints about this weekly issue with the branch Manager but nothing has been resolved for over a year now. The drive thru ATM is always out of service on a Weekly basis, especially on the weekends.
