This ATM machine has been out of service for over a week now. . I'm getting upset now with TD Bank that all their ATMs lately are always out of service or not working I have made numerous complaints about this weekly issue with the branch Manager but nothing has been resolved for over a year now. The drive thru ATM is always out of service on a Weekly basis, especially on the weekends.
ATM is locked outside of business hours. Drive thru machine is always out of service. Need to withdrawal or deposit outside of business hours? Be prepared to drive around the city looking for a location with a working drive thru
I’ve been a customer at this branch since I was 16 and have always had great experiences—until today. During a visit to change my account back to a student chequing account, the employee named Shiny questioned my student status, assumed I was an international student, and unnecessarily asked for my work permit. As a Canadian citizen (born and raised here), I this felt this was inappropriate and unjustified to ask.
