Bank machine not working. They used to let you into foyer after hours. Now they lock the doors and 20 min in -25degrees Celsius with the bank machine refusing any deposit 19 times in a row.

Je me suis rendue à la succursale TD à deux reprises afin de soumettre mon dossier de demande de carte de crédit. Lors de la première soumission, mon dossier a été placé en statut « pending » sans qu’aucune explication ne me soit fournie, ni qu’aucun suivi ne soit effectué par la banque. I arrived around 5:00 p.m. on Friday. When I entered, couple of employees were engaged in personal conversation, and another staff member had to prompt them to assist us. One employee, a young woman with long, straight, brown hair, was unprofessional throughout the interaction. She was rude, made unnecessary comments, and was unable to assist me without calling a manager.
