Very bad customer service
10 people in line. One teller open. Two people sitting down behind cashes. Very slow service to say the least.

Yes ive had consistent problems with their atms not working right. Yet now they announce they will increase certain fees. Time to change
Edit: New atm outside. 80% of the time I try and use it after hours, always "temporary out of service." If not that, then you can't even deposit cash because that's also "temporary out of service" 90% of the time. Horrible reviews, service still the same. Line up backed up with 2 tellers actually working and a bunch of others just walking around. This branch is always slow.
