Lost confidence in this branch. Patrick was wonderful when getting our mortgage however upon renewal it was frustrating. Chris called us to tell us rates were increasing almost making us panic and then seemed like he didn't have the time to discuss it further. When he told us that he didnt have time to discuss we called the mortgage department directly and renewed our mortgage. I’d like to preface with saying that the teller was kind and this is obviously not her fault, but the communication between the phone customer service and in-person is awful. I had been trying to apply for a cc with TD, where the online application did not go through. I called TD and they mentioned I need to go in to verify my identity/address.
