I had a terrible experience at this location with the manager, the bank should be open until 6:00 pm and he closes the door about 5 minutes before 6:00 and refuses to open the door until after 6:00 pm while escorting out customers when I confronted him he refused to accommodate and shut the door in my face. Terrible manager.
TD Bank is generally good, but this branch in particular is very poor. It took more than six weeks to process my request to increase my credit limit, and I didn’t receive any response until I went to the branch in person twice to ask for an update; in the end, they told me the request had been rejected. I have no problem with my application being rejected, but they should at least have informed me of the decision by letter or email without me having to visit the branch twice. It sucks that TD no longer recognizes certified cheques but the attempted gaslighting was a bit much. She tried to tell me that actually all the other banks were secretly adding holds the whole time and that TD was always like this. Like I haven't been depositing certified cheques at all the banks in the area many times a week for the past decade as a clerk. It's weird to try to gaslight me about it. Monday, June 1st, 2026 I just tried to go and deposit some cash 💸 at this TD branch at 263 Elgin St, but unfortunately I ended up discovering two problems. First, I discovered that the ATM screen had been wilfully damaged,because its screen was shattered. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by inserting my TD Debit card, thinking that I could still try to deposit some money into this ATM, but I was wrong.
