Coming yesterday (23 April 2025), the teller was good and friendly but the manager super rude she not even talk in good manner, omg really need to train how to speak to costumer. Please consider this rude manager to be replaced.
I recently visited this branch to apply for a credit card and had a great experience. Sofia was patient, provided me with all the necessary information, and thoroughly answered my questions.
Very negative environment. I wouldn't even go there to use the ATM. Awful people inside, not there to help you at all.
