I’d like to preface with saying that the teller was kind and this is obviously not her fault, but the communication between the phone customer service and in-person is awful. I had been trying to apply for a cc with TD, where the online application did not go through. I called TD and they mentioned I need to go in to verify my identity/address. Lots of concerns with this location: 1. The parking lot is always just a parking lot for UberEats drivers to pick up McDonald’s across the street. Why this isn’t enforced is beyond me. 2. You can’t access the ATM after the bank is closed - so you have to use the outside one, but there’s usually quite a few people just hanging around the outdoor ATM, as there’s tents set up beside it. 3.
