I had a deeply disappointing and frankly bizarre experience at this branch that was a mess from day one. It started at the top: the manager provided the initial wave of misinformation and led me on, setting a standard for the lack of integrity that followed. This is a general TD bank review. I went to take an Uber this morning, and the bank required a verification code which they tried to send to a regular bell phone. (not a cell phone) As a result, I had to use other means to get into work. It cost me $20 more dollars. This is what we get without bankng competition in Canada. Automation which creates chaos.
