I’ve been waiting at the bank for 25 minutes. They are supposed to be open at 9:00 am. I was told they will be open in 5 minutes but have been waiting for over 15 minutes.
The least busy TD branch I've been to...and for good reason: the front line staff seem very inexperienced and distracted.
