$17 a month for a chequing account and I can only access the atm when the bank is open otherwise I have to pay a transaction fee anywhere else. Why do I bank here?
Closing the atms at this location when the bank isn’t open is so inconvenient and annoying and the hours NEVER match
Their ATMS are closed after hours?? What is the point. Also the cashier refused to give me change? I get rolls of loonies from the bank every few weeks but the man at the cash wouldn’t let me. He said it’s their policy
For some reason the ATMs aren't available after-hours, which means if you need cash Sunday, you're screwed.
I drove 30 minutes from the Gatineau branch that had temporarily closed, for a quick but urgent banking need. I arrived at 5:59, and they had already closed up the branch as well as the ATM. I had stayed w TD bc of their flexible hours. Now it’s not even possible to get cash after work.
