I drove 30 minutes from the Gatineau branch that had temporarily closed, for a quick but urgent banking need. I arrived at 5:59, and they had already closed up the branch as well as the ATM. I had stayed w TD bc of their flexible hours. Now it’s not even possible to get cash after work.

Update: The parking lot situation seems to have resolved itself. Changing rating to reflect customer service I've received over the years. Staff are nice. My issue is the parking lot. Today I waited 15minutes while 5 other cars came in and either parked illegally (handicapped spot) or left- I called while in parking lot to ask if it was full inside.
