Went in with my teenage son today to open up a new account for him! We had made an appointment at the Kelowna Branch but we live in Lake country so we wanted to do our business here. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm smile and a handshake by Bailey. She was super friendly and attentive and very informative helping my son navigate the app as well. Love that they have a drive thru also.
Went to this location today (been there many times in the past) to do a wire transfer, my debit had just expired and I never received a replacement in the mail, I had gov ID and answered any questions he had, after 45 min he told me that he has to deny me doing the transfer (the teller even said he remembered me from last time when HE did the wire for me last time about a month ago) The last time I was there I actually forgot my debit and he still did the wire but this time I had the debit with me, it had just expired and he... read more
