My husband and I recently met with Bailey H. to discuss options for our financial success. She is an absolute gem of a human. She is so warm, kind, patient and accommodating. Bailey is such a pleasure to work with. Every time I enter into the Lake Country location, I am always greeted with a warm welcome by somebody and it never goes unnoticed :)
I had the pleasure of working with Bailey Hyde on closing out my moms account after she passed. Bailey was fantastic to deal with. She was kind, sympathetic, professional and just made the whole process easier. TD Bank, you have a good one in Bailey!!
The bank sucks. Opening hours are bad. Never opened on a Saturday. Didn’t send a new credit card that their team signed me up for. The card never came in the mail, I have to call the credit card number now and wait on the phone. The teller is at the front desk are lazy. Gonna switch banks

Went in with my teenage son today to open up a new account for him! We had made an appointment at the Kelowna Branch but we live in Lake country so we wanted to do our business here. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm smile and a handshake by Bailey. She was super friendly and attentive and very informative helping my son navigate the app as well. Love that they have a drive thru also.
