Love going to this TD - the staff is amazing with the exception of one that has a bit of an attitude with her comments. Aside from this, they greet you and they are quick and efficient.
Good service and very informative on deals
This is the worst branch I’ve ever dealt with the incompetence with Customer Service is ridiculous. They are rude. They tell you one thing and then you come home and you tell you another thing I’m constantly having to bring my disabled mother into the branch.
The experience I had at TD was truly uplifting. I went in to consolidate three business accounts for easier online navigation, and the service I received was remarkable. The team members I met have such dedication, with one at the bank for 30 years and another for 35! Sabrina, who handled my request, has been with TD for 25 years but looked like she’s barely 30. Thank you, Sabrina, and the entire TD team, for a wonderful experience and for looking after me and my business needs so thoughtfully!
This is one of the better TD Banks I've been to. This bank was able to assist me, a rougher customer, in my time of need. They made sure to ask all the right questions. Special thank you to Hilary and Sabrina for doing their jobs exceptionally well. This TD branch has my 5-star approval for protection and for its professionalism at this site in Orangeville Ontario.
