Peter Tran the small business manager , is unprofessional , irresponsible and zero knowledge ( confidence ) guy , he did a lot of mess on our small business account with out full knowledge of the ownes, ppl should stay way to not get in trouble, been TD loyal customer about 10 yrs , but I decided to move out ,since TD get careless employees like Peter
Nevers follow up with customers. So many staff changes. Rude tellers and mgrs. Not a good bank.
I was actually at the bank on Sat,Feb, 21st and bank teller was VERY HELPFUL. Henry was his name he took his time and answered all the questions that I asked.
They got rid of the business line at this location. As a business owner, time is money and standing in the regular line is costing me time and money. The manager Mary Ann Miller lacks the competence to be a manager. She may be older and maybe has seniority which is why she got the job but that doesn't mean she has what it takes to be in that role. Really poor customer service and lacks the ability to communicate clearly. If you haven't opened an account with TD yet, I suggest you try another bank.
