I visited the TD Trust Park Royal branch today to address an issue with pending e-transfer transactions. Although I had closed my TD account last year, some e-transfers were recently sent to that account. When I arrived, I spoke with a teller who was wearing a pink mask and appeared to be a Mandarin speaker. I waited 35 minutes on the phone and no one came to speak with me. I only had music for the 35 minutes. I have very poor service when I show up in person. A different day, I went to get my mortgaged discharged. I was told there there was no mortgage broker so I was directed to the counter. The person kept making mistakes as she was not familiar with the procedure. I was told the mortgage will not be discharged till 3 banking days. I an still waiting. No one from the branch has been in contact with me. Very poor service.
