By far the worst TD branch in the GTA. The tone is set from the managers and in this branch the managers are very rude and unprofessional. GOLAR is the branch manager AND MRS. ALLABOUYEH is the teller supervisor. TD should really train these ladies in how to deal with loyal clients. Just watching them interact with other clients And how rude they are is flabbergasting. TD should train them or get rid of them.
Great branch amazing staff
I’ve been coming to this branch for the past 3–4 years, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently frustrating. No matter what day or time I visit, the branch is always crowded, and even for very small or simple requests, you end up waiting at least 30 minutes. The main issue seems to be staffing — there are usually only two people working at the front, which is clearly not enough to handle the volume of customers. I had an excellent experience at this branch with Arman Sonboli. He was extremely knowledgeable, fast, and very polite. His professionalism and helpful attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated his service.
