I always come to this branch at Bayview avenue and the service is really good. Alborz, Aman anf Kalvin are always smiling and happy to help! I havr been to other td branches, but service here is always special

This is the worst branch!!!. I would give it 0 stars if I could, but the system doesn't allow it. The fact that the branch has a rating of 2.5 stars out of 5 speaks volumes. I recommend choosing another branch for your banking needs. Oftentimes there are lineups of up to 10 people, with only 1 person behind the counter - UNACCEPTABLE!!! Today I went to the branch to pay $300.00 to my CashBack VISA. Terrible service and even worse attitudes. These representatives will do the bare minimum and not help you. Highly recommend to go to another branch if you can. I rarely write reviews but the terrible service is too consistent.

I have been with TD for almost 10 years, and this is the main branch I go to. However, I have noticed that the services I receive are getting worse and worse. There is no response to emails, and the bank tellers are unprofessional and lack of knowledge. I was surprised that the person who didn’t understand banking terminology were hired and directly communicated with clients."
