Horrible experience at a TD branch — please read my experience before deciding where to do your banking. I went to the branch today to make a payment toward my credit card. The representative informed me that, for some reason, my credit card account had been closed. She accepted my cash payment and processed the deposit. She then told me that she could not assist me further with the closed credit card account and that I needed to call TD’s 1-800 number. I was extremely stressed and concerned, so I immediately called. The manager Joyce was really rude. It was the worst banking experience I have ever had. She was pushing the kind person who was trying to help me really hard. I don’t think such a rude and impatient person could handle such a management job. I also felt embarrassed as if she was judging my English accent. Don’t think I will choose this branch again. I don’t think she can organize the front line really well. She is also really annoying about checking everything again even if I have already been checked once by someone else.
By far the worst TD branch in the GTA. The tone is set from the managers and in this branch the managers are very rude and unprofessional. GOLAR is the branch manager AND MRS. ALLABOUYEH is the teller supervisor. TD should really train these ladies in how to deal with loyal clients. Just watching them interact with other clients And how rude they are is flabbergasting. TD should train them or get rid of them.
