I had an excellent experience at this branch with Arman Sonboli. He was extremely knowledgeable, fast, and very polite. His professionalism and helpful attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated his service.

I am more than 25 years TD customer, I use this branch because is close to my address , I went there yesterday because of my traveling I needed 100 USD by one usd bill they said its finished ( after half an hour waiting ) I oredered this and they said is ready tommorow and I have my flight in tommorow night I went again there today waiting half an hour again and after waiting front of cash at the end branch manager said sorry come again tomorrow!!!! More communication would be nice with customers because when tellers walk away (they could at least explain or say “I need to confirm of double check with a colleague “ ) or when other workers insert themselves and start asking questions then get frustrated when you aren’t sure ( I was confused when the lady inserted herself, got frustrated but didn’t clarify she was helping she just started typing ) (to be honest I didn’t like her approach and it made me feel like I was being a “problem”) and when this other worker(Asian la... read more
8 people in the front helping 2 people. Expect to wait 30 minutes in line, even if it’s dead empty. UPDATE: I had the displeasure of visiting this branch again today and got what I expected. 9 TD employees scurrying around the service desk only helping two people at a time when many of us were still in line waiting to be helped. When I finally got called up, it took the employee over 20 minutes to do a task which usually takes 2 minutes at other branches.
