I’m deeply disappointed with how TD Bank handled my fraud case. I was the victim of an e-transfer scam and reported everything immediately, including providing the RCMP file number. Despite this, TD refused to return the stolen funds from the beginning, without offering any meaningful support or explanation. Very rude suprvisor .I went there to deposit some money to my daughter's account they did not accept it but other branch like park royal in west vancouver does.never come to this branch again as they think they are different than other branch and have their own stupid rules.never recommend this branch to anybody as their customer service is zero.
