On Thursday, July 17th, I had an appointment at the TD branch on Lonsdale that was supposed to last one hour. Unfortunately, due to a booking error, it was only scheduled for 30 minutes. Ms. Donya Nazarezadeh, the advisor, arrived five minutes late and didn’t inform me that the appointment time had been cut in half. I had clearly stated from the beginning that I had two important matters to address. I am a foreigner and not completely fluent in English, so handling tasks at the bank can be quite difficult for me. While living in Lonsdale, I visited this branch several times, and each time, Hrithik provided great help. Hrithik kindly listened to my requests and assisted me in completing everything quickly and accurately. I appreciate his excellent service, and I hope my experience will be helpful to others who visit this branch.

They have too many new hires that are probably not paid enough and not enough experienced staff. What happens is two people have to team up for one customer so it causes more delays. I visited to pick up my cheque book and did not want all of it. When asked to dispose safely at the bank, the associate looked at me as if I committed a crime and he kept insisting that I take all of them home. It was just not efficient or pleasant. Avoid this branch to save time and get professional service elsewhere
