Only using this place from now on for maybe an ATM withdrawal or fast in person transaction there is just something about this location where the customer service is lacking and lack of information was given to me by an advisor there. I was refunded for it but just overall disappointing.
I had an excellent experience with (CALEB) today at the bank. He went above and beyond to help us with our transaction and spent a significant amount of time making sure everything was handled correctly. Extremely professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend him! We give him 5 stars
Today, Mahd Rameez Siddiqui helped me deposit my cheques and tips. I had already separated my $1 and $2 coins to make the process easier, yet instead of being helpful, he fixated on trivial issues like the size of the coin rolls and whether they were slightly overfilled.
