I am extremely disappointed by the service at this branch. Specifically FARNAZ is not doing her job as promised.My mom went into the branch and spoke with her last week, and she promised she would contact back office to fix her concern with her TD aeroplane visa and follow up with her after. FARNAZ WHY DID U PROMISE TO FIX THE CONCERN BY TUESDAY JULY 7TH? WHY WAS THIS NOT COMPLETED? Manager is a person of low integrity and generally useless at her job. Expect attitude and a complete unwillingness to help. I look forward to her being replaced by AI, which will be more helpful, professional and personable.
