Bad attitude and not competent front desk teller (one specific person) not well trained and made mistakes, very unpleasant experience to deposit money. The team lead as well, bad communication skills, no client services sense and both had to be reminded to apologize for negligence they had. Such a waste of time, they made it complicated and difficult for a simple thing. Will make a formal complaint
