I have been a TD customer since 2019 and have always been satisfied with the service at the North Vancouver branch. The customer service has consistently been responsive and helpful. Most recently, Ms. Goli provided exceptional support, resolving my issue professionally and efficiently. One of the key reasons for her success was her bilingual communication skills, which made the experience much smoother for me.
Outgoing global money transfer limits too low compared to Royal Bank or CIBC. Better use Royal Bank or CIBC with 50 to 75k limit PER DAY via online banking , not a measly 6.5k hard limit. Cryptocurrency is the answer and it can't come soon enough. Fast, digital transfer with no limits. Who walks into a branch anymore to wire money? It's 2025, not 1925.

On Thursday, July 17th, I had an appointment at the TD branch on Lonsdale that was supposed to last one hour. Unfortunately, due to a booking error, it was only scheduled for 30 minutes. Ms. Donya Nazarezadeh, the advisor, arrived five minutes late and didn’t inform me that the appointment time had been cut in half.
