As a small business that has been with TD for a very long time, I expected the manager to step in and help in a small situation. Anshil did not have any intention to provide the slightest help. He was not willing to step up. He just decided to not help. He made things very difficult for me. He did not provide different solutions. After a very long time with TD, I am planning to close my business account and take it somewhere else. Very bad service.
Been banking with them coming 6 years. Love everyone there, a lot of new faces for sure, miss a lot of good old ones, hope they keep the culture going. Lamara, Alona, Erin, Terrance, Tuba and really few good ones all gone.
Very bad customer service. How many times I called they kept putting me on hold and not answering. Though the voice Mesg says we will call u back but they never call. The girl who I spoke to was Gabriel
Today, my wife and I visited the branch regarding a personal matter. When we first met our consultant Gabrielle Rabinovich, we must admit we were a bit skeptical, as young professionals sometimes lack experience with delicate issues (out of experience). However, Gabrielle pleasantly surprised us. She was concise, thorough, and answered all our questions. From start to finish, she was warm, polite, and genuinely attentive.
