Still have one hour close time, but employee start to sign off, no body at counter, waiting time too long
Terrible experiences every single time I come to this Bank. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not a single good experience. Always the longest wait times or like Today failure to post that they are closing early. ENTIRE STAFF SITTING IN THE OFFICE. people should not have to find out that you are closed by showing up to the front of your branch to be told by somebody that isnt even an employee because your employees do not have basic customer service skills and NOWHERE was posted that you will be closing early. Staff is very friendly; however, manager is never present and numerous visits i have been forced to wait a very long wait time for something simple like switching cash for coin rolls. People have businesses to run and their days to be had and can’t be waiting for an out of office manager. Get some proper floor staff so that your team is properly supported and your customers properly satisfied.
There is 10ppl waiting here and no one care about them. The tellers just left one by one, waiting time is over an hour.
