I had a very unwelcome and unprofessional experience here, first time I've experienced something like this at a branch. The staff were also sitting around doing nothing, not even attempting to help or provide any guidance. Very disappointing. I won't be returning to this location, even if it's convenient.
This is the slowest TD branch you can ever go to. Tried it multiple times, same long lines always.
Not sure why appointments are offered if no one is going to honor them. I waited over 20 minutes for my scheduled meeting with Palina Voitka, who never showed up. I even notified a bank teller after waiting 10 minutes, but there was no follow-up. The branch itself felt disorganized—there’s no reception or system in place to greet or direct clients. I rarely go to this bank location due to excessive time waiting in line and when I had dropped by last week because I was in the area, I was genuinely helped by Rameesha, thank you for your patience and friendly service.
