Banking is getting worse. I rarely go into a branch anymore as it is usually a nightmare.
Needed paperwork filled, ali foroutani immediately helped when thing were getting busy and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Cery professional and kind.
5 stars to Natalia!!! we have been having the WORST time with TD and their lack of communication and competency, across departments and branches, Natalia was professional, and fast at understanding our needs and getting us the required forms. She knew her stuff and was able to be reassuring and professional at the same time. Cannot say enough good things about her.

I had a very unwelcome and unprofessional experience here, first time I've experienced something like this at a branch. The staff were also sitting around doing nothing, not even attempting to help or provide any guidance. Very disappointing. I won't be returning to this location, even if it's convenient.
