There's always a problem with the queue and customer service. During rush hour, there are only two people working, but the queue is 20 deep, and people wait for 40 minutes. Management changes every week, and this brunch is a complete mess! ‼️‼️my rating is zero‼️‼️

I am at the branch right now. Waiting time to see the teller is extremely long. Very poor management.
I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this TD branch. It always seems to be understaffed, even when there are five or six employees visible. Long lineups and excessive wait times are common, yet the branch manager appears to notice the situation without taking any action to help. In contrast, at the nearby RBC branch, even financial advisors step out of their offices during busy periods to assist customers and reduce wait times. Horrible experience. Waited in the line for approx. 30 minutes. Only 2 tellers were working. When finally attended, the teller, Alexandra, refused to process my request and only proceeded after her manager intervened. The staff appeared unmotivated and lacked the knowledge. Overall, the service was very disappointing.
