Didn't find Sam Hwangbo very knowledgeable, polite, or helpful. Also there's another tall skinny Chinese guy. Who does teller work, at least before. That guy cannot smile at call. Can't believe he's still working there for so many years. Weird guy with no smile or politeness. I never liked his service also.
