The older Korean employee working there needs to learn how to provide proper customer service. He dismissed my concerns and rudely told me I don't need to be here after I explained that I got a letter to do so from the government. Doesn't even deserve one star. Zero star customer service. The teller on the other hand was super helpful and deserves all the praise.
Terrible service and experience with a korean guy who works at Finch branch. We have family RESP and want to add my other kid on that account. But that korean avoided to help us. He told us it is up to us to change but no help to change the plan without any explain. He is so rude and not a service minded person. Many Koreans visit that brach for expecting better and exact service with own language. But we had to return without result. What a wasting time. Need more tellers - Only 2 tellers at rush hour
Terrible service. Cash ATM machine not working and had to wait 1 hour in line up and even counter machine had a problem. So 1.5 hr wait. Never going to that branch again.
