토론토 중에 가장 최악의 은행ㅠㅠ 어눌하게 한국어하는 직원은 (뽀글뽀글 펌) 2년 전에 쓰던 계좌를 못찾는다고 새 계좌 개설을 권유받았다. (20,000 달러 잃었음) 다른 은행에 문의하니 이름,휴대폰 번호로 찾을 수 있다고 함. 또한 50대로 보이는 Jay 남자 직원은 너무 불친절하고 무례하다. 그는 실수가 너무 많아 은행에서 계속 시간낭비하게 했다. 그와 일처리를 하면 줄을 다시 서야한다. 그가 실수한 일을 다른 사람이 다시 처리해야하기 때문에.ㅠㅠ

The advisor at TD Bank didn’t help us. We also talked about selling metals, but he had no training or knowledge about it. We waited for 30 minutes, and then he said we needed an appointment. However, TD Precious Metals clearly states that no appointment is required to sell. The person who didn’t help us was named J. Tall and thin. I’m not pleased at all and don’t plan to come back to this branch.

During the appointment, he clearly explained how to open an account and apply for a credit card, and made the promotions easy to understand. He also shared useful financial tips, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
