Generally have good experience with the tellers here. Not sure why the person dealing with mortgages suddenly cancelled a set appointment and wasn’t even apologetic. Go to the Yonge & Drewry branch for your mortgage related stuff!

I usually come here to cash out my cheques and I usually get good customer from the guys there. Today I went in and had a teller named Sara who gave me horrendous customer service. She constantly asked about me shifting to direct deposit and I had to give her the same exact answer that I already talked to my manager about that every time and she’d still insist on me switching to direct deposit even though I told her many times that it wasn’t my decision.
