Long-time TD customer — worst service I’ve had. Went to close my mother’s account with a valid POA that’s been accepted by government agencies. Teller Jae (the taller Korean guy) dismissed it, implied it could be fake, and spoke to me like I was committing fraud. Another teller later explained the process politely — proof that basic respect is possible here, just not from him.
Mr.Kenson is really helpful .He is really do great job.
Titka Amiri is one of tge best advisors there she always helps me in the quickest and most professional way whenever i go there no matter what problem i have with my account she always has a slusion in the fastest way and helps me.
The older Korean employee working there needs to learn how to provide proper customer service. He dismissed my concerns and rudely told me I don't need to be here after I explained that I got a letter to do so from the government. Doesn't even deserve one star. Zero star customer service. The teller on the other hand was super helpful and deserves all the praise.
