I went to TD Bank at 686 finch Ave. Unfortunately the lady did not listen to me and support to do a wire transfer. I know that the bank system in Canada old fashioned but expecting more cooperation and not at all.
Visited this branch the other day. Only one teller and a huge line up. Everyone in line was frustrated and the manager came out, not to help out, but to say that they didn't have enough staff and that this was what we should expect and that we should "manage our expectations". I was stunned. Not sure if this branch is undergoing some personnel issues but I found this experience upsetting and definately not customer oriented. The manager here is always bossy to his subordinates and even to the loyal clients. He doesn't have any staff around 4pm, and cannot fulfill the needs. The teller was only one(1)!!!
I recently started to visit this branch to get some coins for my new hobby of coin collecting. As I entered the branch, I am amazed by the warmth and professionalism of teller, Grace, and her manager, Tommy, who assisted me!! The manager was really friendly and approachable, while the teller, Grace, was very knowledgeable on the product/services that TD has to offer to suit my needs.
