This is a sorry pathetic excuse of a bank. Every single time I come here they mess up my transaction, even a simple withdraw. I don't blame the frontline staff, because it's very apparent that they're extremely badly trained. The manager here seems to have an attitude and act like she is above everyone. I came to this branch to get a certified check. The guy who was “helping” me got my driver’s license as an ID to verify my account. Later, he asked his manager permission to give the certified check. However, the lady asked me to give my international passport, even though I had all the other ID cards such as Ontario drivers license, my credit card, and health card. Extremely understaffed. All the staff are not welcoming at all. They give you hard time and attitude when they want to help you, especially the female lady who is probably the manager. Better to go other branches to have better customer service.
