I came to this branch to get a certified check. The guy who was “helping” me got my driver’s license as an ID to verify my account. Later, he asked his manager permission to give the certified check. However, the lady asked me to give my international passport, even though I had all the other ID cards such as Ontario drivers license, my credit card, and health card. Extremely understaffed. All the staff are not welcoming at all. They give you hard time and attitude when they want to help you, especially the female lady who is probably the manager. Better to go other branches to have better customer service.
Doors are supposed to be open at 9. The lady inside gives attitude to customers waiting outside and asks them to wait. It’s 9:11 and doors are still locked. Why do you say the branch opens at 9 then?
