Very slow and incompetent service.
Absolutely the worst. I rather waste gas and drive farther to go visit a different branch.
I've been banking at this branch for 5+ years and have consistently had good experiences. The bankers are helpful, knowledgeable and its clear by the way they explain their products that they have my best interests in mind. Great job Franco!
We are very disappointed at the recent service that we received from Carolina Huang. We inquired about mortgages and all she did was trying to trick us into getting a home equity line of credit (heloc) instead, with unrealistic, aggressive and manipulative assumptions to make the heloc look better. She also lied to us, saying that the heloc interest rates are almost always lower than the mortgage interest rates.
