Just incompetent staff. The staff wouldn't deposit our checks because he didn't know what to do and wouldn't ask management for help. He said we need to book an appointment and then they canceled our appointment last minute after we took off work to go in.

I have been customer at the bank for more than 4 years did not have many issues . To me they are helpfull but I have to agree some tellers are unprofessional and rude but being a customer for long time u know most od them and wait for people that I know can help. Maryam is a very good Manager and I can say only good things about her.
