Today I visited a branch of this bank. A girl helped me, her name is Marilou, and I would like to thank her, I have not seen such attentive and correct service for a long time. The manager was extremely polite and professional. Works quickly and clearly. The level of communication with the client deserves the highest praise. They opened a full package for me. The girl explained everything as clearly as possible, since English is not my native language. I rate it 100/10
Just incompetent staff. The staff wouldn't deposit our checks because he didn't know what to do and wouldn't ask management for help. He said we need to book an appointment and then they canceled our appointment last minute after we took off work to go in.
