Disappointed in the service I received today. Waited 20min in line to ask for change for a bill. As I am no longer a customer at TD, they refused to exchange my bill and would not provide simple assistance. I walked over to CIBC (in which I have never been a customer before) in the same plaza and they helped me immediately.
AWFUL costumer service by the manager Gabriella, I am in a very difficult situation and she was cold and dismissive. I called the customer service line and they were amazing and though they had no exact solution they gave me options and made me feel better.
