What’s the point of a nice teller if your banking never works. I can’t deposit cheques online or by ATM ever. Anytime I need to, I have to wait in a line for at least 20-30 minutes just to have them temporarily fix my account after another 15-20 minute delay because within a week I’ll once again be unable to deposit cheques. I’ve also run into issues depositing cash about as frequently. 0 stars disgusting and useless. Get robbed elsewhere, maybe they don’t inconvenience you at the very least.
Literally a retirement home. The tellers are fine but if you have some banking to do you will be waiting for longer than usual
We visited the bank recently, and I was pleasantly surprised to meet a staff member who spoke Farsi (I forgot her name Iranian). She was very polite, helpful, and made the whole process much easier for us. Great service! Thank you. Mercy)
Only 2 ppl working, 20 ppl waiting.
Disappointed in the service I received today. Waited 20min in line to ask for change for a bill. As I am no longer a customer at TD, they refused to exchange my bill and would not provide simple assistance. I walked over to CIBC (in which I have never been a customer before) in the same plaza and they helped me immediately.
