The staff here keep on changing. They should have kept that customer service desk at the entrance because the people that used to work there were courteous and helpful... But they are gone now. Last month my elderly mother went to the bank to pay bills and withdraw money. She asked the teller if they would charge her and they told her no. Extremely disappointing experience at this branch. The level of professionalism from the manager Cher is far below what you would expect from a major bank. Interactions feel rushed, dismissive, and at times outright rude. Instead of helping clients, manger Cher seem irritated by basic questions and show little willingness to provide clear or useful assistance. Management seriously needs to address customer service standards here. Would not recommend this branch.

What’s the point of a nice teller if your banking never works. I can’t deposit cheques online or by ATM ever. Anytime I need to, I have to wait in a line for at least 20-30 minutes just to have them temporarily fix my account after another 15-20 minute delay because within a week I’ll once again be unable to deposit cheques. I’ve also run into issues depositing cash about as frequently. 0 stars disgusting and useless. Get robbed elsewhere, maybe they don’t inconvenience you at the very least.
