Worst branch possible, wish I could give 0 stars. TD is not the best bank to begin with but just got worse from this branch. Will not help to deposit draft to purchase house. Manager and staff all have awful attitudes, arrogant, not willing to help or give details, they are supposed to be the ones to ask yet refused to respond, help or do it. Its up to their discretion to put holds or not on drafts but refuse to tell me if they will be putting one on or not. Had MORE than the required information and proof and still refused ... read more
