Best service in town!
I had a very disturbing experience at TD Bank that I cannot stay silent about. As a young Black woman, what I witnessed and experienced left me disgusted and deeply saddened. While waiting in line, an older italian woman insisted she was next. I politely allowed her to go ahead. However, when a Black teller became available, she refused and said, "Nope, she’s not going." Worst bank ever they steal your money with no explanation
Went in to apply for a Visa.. 2 weeks later I get a debit card in the mail. I called the branch to find out what was going on and had to leave a message. No call back.. No visa.. No letter declining my application just a debit card I never needed or asked for. If this is what the service at TD has become I'll be looking to move my accounts elsewhere!
Why would you require an account just to change bills? At least I won't have to wait in the outrageous lines anymore.
