I’ve always had nothing but great experiences and customer service at this branch! recently i went in for a meeting and Akta Massey was the personal banking associate that helped me out. she was very kind, patient, professional, and most importantly she was very knowledgeable and educated me on everything i needed to know. took the time to answer all my questions and explain something when i was unsure. in this meeting i had couple options i could go with but i never felt rushed or pressured into picking one. she helped me p... read more
Every single time iv gone here iv had to wait around 15-20mins to be looked after. There staff are extremely chatty and don't seem to worry about how long it takes to serve people.
