Fantastic customer service
Terrible staffing. There is normally only one teller on duty. Wait times are aweful. Lineups and no staff.
I just left a meeting with Karen M. regarding a potential mortgage refinancing with TD, and I can honestly say I have never felt more insulted by a financial professional. Instead of conducting a proper discovery meeting, Karen immediately patronized me. She pulled out a piece of paper to condescendingly explain how a Homeline Plan works, while repeatedly insisting that I have no equity.
