I would like to give an excellent rating to (Marilu) for her outstanding service and professionalism. She was extremely polite, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. Marilu not only activated my credit card correctly but also took the time to answer all my questions clearly and even provided me with valuable advice. One star based on one of the tellers here, she is an older lady with a scowl look on her face, she is rude, dismissive, unkind, and simply doesn’t give a care about the customer in front of her! She will actually contradict what the computer says just to put you down and ruin your day! Unless, you are someone she’s knows how personally and she just chats away with them not giving a care that there is a huge line of people waiting for a teller. This woman should be fired!
