Have had good service with all my interactions.
Emma provided excellent advice during my time banking at this branch. I really appreciated the attention to detail from her, as well as her ability to connect with customers as opposed to being just a “number” like some other locations.
Most TD Banks close at 6:00pm, I believe that extra hour would be very convenient to customers who can't make it there by 5:00pm especially on a Friday. The next nearest TD Bank is at Niagara Falls and they close at 8:00pm on Friday. But of course who cares about the customer.
