i've been a customer at park and tilford branch for 30+ years and a TD customer for over 40 years. early june i visited the branch and deposited a large cheque written by me, to myself from my other bank. I was told the cheque would require a 5 day hold which i was surprised given my assets with TD as well as having had 2 TD mortgages and my customer loyalty. Further, i was simply trying to move the funds to 2 other TD accounts. as the manager insisted on the 5 day hold, i instead asked him to deposit the cheque to MY td dir... read more
