I recently had an excellent customer experience at the TD Bank, Sidney . I was assisted by the commercial teller, Jessica Parlby, who took a lot of time to help me with an important verification document that was required as part of my (onerous) UK passport renewal process. She was able to efficiently complete a suitable letter for me which satisfied the passport requirements and saved me time and angst. Her cheerful and professional service was most appreciated. Mike
I paid out my mortgage in October 2025. I was assured that within weeks, I would receive documentation about the discharge of the mortgage. I did not receive anything by December,2025. The representative assured me that any day now, I would receive the documentation. No joy in January so I went back to the bank in Sidney to inquire about the status.
