The staff was condescending. They did not want to help. They pull the manager then manager also pass me off to a number. This branch doesn't care about the problem. They just care I was the problem
We booked a last-minute appointment on a weekend to set up a joint account and Ashna was wonderful to work with! She was knowledgable about the services and clear when laying out the options, as well as very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Additionally, she sent a follow-up email within a few hours summarizing our meeting and providing more information about a few items we were interested with. Awesome service!
