Worst experience with Nour Masoud today. He was extremely rude and didn’t know how to speak with customers. He shouldn’t be working with TD.
Nour Masoud the worst customer agent ever. They wasted our time so much. I was just there to deposit the money they clearly refused us to help and was extremely rude for no reason. We went to the different branch and they helped us right away. I don’t know what happened. He was being extremely aggressive. I demand answer from TD. I was extremely disappointed and he also said “get out of the bank” with the service. Corporate should take some serious action against against him.
We have been going into this branch for the last 8 years since we moved into this area and always had a pleasant experience and found the staff to be helpful and respectful.
