Booked an appointment and took off work, just for them to call me hours into already being open and cancel my appointment, super inconvenient, unprofessional and unhelpful

Good place if you have nothing to do but watch 32 employees behind the counter running around looking confused as you stand and wait in the massive lineup forever ...absolutley brutal !!!
