We booked a last-minute appointment on a weekend to set up a joint account and Ashna was wonderful to work with! She was knowledgable about the services and clear when laying out the options, as well as very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Additionally, she sent a follow-up email within a few hours summarizing our meeting and providing more information about a few items we were interested with. Awesome service!
Barely any people working at front desk 2 max most of the time it’s just 1 employee with 15 people in line and lines are so long and you have to wait a while please get more employees on front desk
Waiting hours in a line workers are not in rush at all
