I wish i could rate them negative stars..they do not have enough staff to help customers people have to wait hours in line to get helped ..three people in total were on front counter including two trainees..awful service..Branch manager @Sonia Bassi you should have managed your team to at-least provide good service..Poor management
I had appointment with Mehad Shaftain at 10 am and I was there before time but for 40 mintues …nobody came to assist me. When I inquire about it and that person with whom I have appointment said he was busy and forgot about my appointment. Its so unprofessional for them to forgot of appointments. For 10 mintues appointment they wasted my 1 hour. I suggest everybody not to waste your time by booking appointments at this location.
worst experience with this branch because i was misguided 2 time from this branch employee. Due to wrong information they gave me, i face fine on my bill.
