Always end up waitin in line like 30 min, very slow and they dont have Business line which is i have a Business account with them and always i have to wait 30 min
I arrived as they were opening. Prepared for a small line up as this is a busy branch & its pay day Friday. There were 10 people in front of me. I waited less than 20 min to be called up. My transaction wasn’t the simplest, Shivuni & Jag took time (less than 10 min) to ensure things were done correctly. All staff were very friendly & ensured the customers in line needed to be served in person.
