Today, I visited TD Bank regarding an RESP and was assisted by Sukeerat Dhillon. I was very impressed by her knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome. She helped me right away, took the time to answer all my questions, and provided me with all the important information I needed. Her service was efficient, helpful, and truly appreciated. Nupur was great help with opening my new TD bank account and helping me sort my mismatch, she was really patient throughout the process and made sure to follow up with me on those like it was her own credit, got me approved on the new credit card as well specially with not even visiting the store just on the call, which was the best part for me, I got credit card in just 15 mins after 3 months of sorting mismatch with her on my side, definitely recommend her if you want to get services from TD at this location, real polite a... read more
Their service was terrible. They made me go to a library 15 minutes away to photocopy a single document, then return to them to fill it out, and they didn't even print it. Their bank is also terrible; they just take money every month for services they don't provide.
