Went to the branch for mortgage payment and adviser jyoti said I do not want to make mistake she called the another advisor to help and that Indian girl started to explain I am doing mortgages, finances and renewals for last 5 years. But she was unable to complete the transaction. Rather than telling the stories about experience to clients she needs to learn how to provide customer service. Bad experience to deal with this agent I want to mention her name but not able to see her badge zero rating
This is the first time I have visited any TD bank. I had a positive experience. Branch employees were very friendly and helpfull! Manager Akko Bassi helped me with a mortgage that I had been struggling before. Associate Weiwei Shi helped me to open a checking account and politely explained different features I can choose form. She also helped me to choose the features right for me! I am very satisfied with their service, I also want to thank TD for choosing and training such excellent people to serve the customers.
We as a family each opened our first banking accounts here with TD and Nupur there was assisting us. She was very professional at her job and made it a very pleasant experience for us. I believe customer service is very important and that's not just providing the service but also on making a beautiful environment and she did that ! This is what we need.. Thank You :)
