there's two office hours one that stays its open on Saturday and that says its not
Incompetent. Their actual hours are different than what is posted online. Caused me a major inconvenience, their current hours are not posted on the building. Only says “our hours will be changing January 5.” It is currently December 14. Yet I stare at a closed door wondering why it isn’t open for another hour like their hours say online. EDIT: And why is the ATM and Amazon locker not accessible when the bank is closed?!

Staff is dumb and is not familiar with many banking procedures, the teller couldn't help me deposit a simple ICBC cheque and on top of that charged me a fee to get it deposited, double check whatever advice they give you, a waste of time
It has atm machines in a separate room from bank and it is never open. Sucks to be so close to a bank and not be able to use any after hours services. Will change rating if they change this.
