Recently I received excellent service from TJ Sidhu, Personal Banker, at the Main Street Moncton branch. Her kind assistance solved an issue that I was having with my TD credit card. She went out of her way to communicate with me and proactively assisted with the solution. Thank you for the five star action!
I would advise caution when considering this location, particularly if you have an appointment with Assem. I scheduled a meeting to determine the potential penalty for refinancing my mortgage and was informed—both in person and via email—that the cost would be approximately $3,500. Based on this information, I proceeded with the refinancing process. ATM OPEN Outside 24/7 while weather and machine functions are in optimal order. Would recommend walk in appointments for credit or overdraft protection with an agent. Cheers!!!
Worst customer service ever …especially the manager…very rude and unprofessional..local td bank in Woodstock nb ,they never charge for printing the statement …so strange how the rules are different branch to branch..
