The tellers are very helpful and polite,they make sure your banking is taken care of and any questions you ask Thang, is great when I deal with him for banking when I leave I feel great that my finances are taken care of the way I want Been with TD for many years and I have never been disappointed
All teller is amazing! Everytime I go there, they are so friendly and accommodating, EXCEPT the asian guy at this branch (supervisor or manager not sure) his attitude is not for customer facing job. He needs more training on how to be welcoming. He always makes you feel uncomfortable and less human being than him. The rest of staff AMAZING. DO BETTER SUP/MANAGER or whatever position you have there.
The new manager from Markham could improve her professionalism and customer service skills. My recent experience at the branch with her was disappointing, so I’d prefer not to go to this location.
I visited the branch with two queries. I found Phil H Kona & Mary Ann Valencia - they were very helpful. I give them five stars for effort & customer service.
I had a great experience at this location. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. A special mention goes to Phile Hassane , one of the employees—he was so polite, hardworking, and attentive. It really makes a difference when staff go the extra mile, and he definitely did. Thank you for your help Phile.
