Went in for paperwork, they forgot to fax it and it might affect my condo purchase. Spoke with 5 different people who promised different results and couldn't deliver. Been a lifelong client, now I'm thinking of closing all my accounts and moving on.

Lorsque je suis venu ici pour déposer de l'argent, un homme de petite taille est allé compter l'argent dans une petite pièce isolée de nous. Quand il est ressorti, il manquait 100 $. Après avoir insisté à plusieurs reprises pour visionner la vidéo, ils ont accepté de me rembourser 100 $. Cette expérience ne donne pas l'impression d'être dans une banque. La confiance est vraiment trop faible.
