je suis cliente depuis 20 ans et cette succursale n'est plus ce qu'elle était. le service devient mauvais. On dirait que les jeunes employés qui sont là maintenant ne veulent pas travailler. tout devient pénible, temps d'attente long, ils ne retournent pas les messages téléphoniques....

Went in for paperwork, they forgot to fax it and it might affect my condo purchase. Spoke with 5 different people who promised different results and couldn't deliver. Been a lifelong client, now I'm thinking of closing all my accounts and moving on.
