I made an appointment with Mohamad El Sabbagh, he was so thorough and explained everything with such clarity and in simple terms as well. He did not rush and explained what the best solution was to help me with my finances. Even gave me back up options just in case. He is extremely knowledgable and professional ! Keep up the good work !
Unfortunately, I had mixed experience. Most of the customer service agents seem to be rushed or not experienced enough.
Great service from Anna, she helped us with what we needed and resolved the issue swiftly.
Very poor Management. Line up of over 10 people and took almost 30 min to be served. Manager sat in the corner ignoring staff request for help and chewing gum like an equine. Maybe some background music would help? Anything to dull the loud chewing noises for almost 30 min.
