Very disappointed with the customer service at this bank. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in helping customers. A little kindness and respect go a long way, but unfortunately that was completely missing during my visit. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves the attitude and service standards of their staff.
Always address my concern, they are good team and supportive.
