I 100% believe that TD is currently dealing with a hack, online options have been removed under the guise of "maintenance" Call center calls are repeatedly disconnected, branches are overwhelmed with confused and angry customers.
Had a very good interaction with Sandra who swiftly solved my issue. Very helpful, and also knowledgeable enough to recommend something that I wanted. Would always come here if it wasn’t too far from my place.
