I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and downright rude treatment at a bank in my life. I briefly parked in a designated handicap spot (legally and respectfully), only to be aggressively confronted by the branch manager — yes, the manager — who yelled at me in public, demanded I apologize, and treated me like I had committed a crime. I went on July 2nd 2025, teller name Ahmed, I loved the way he was dealing with clients while I was in line smile on his face, polite very helpful.
I just wanted to express my thanks to the branch manager (Waseem Alvi) for his assistance in resolving my long standing banking issue professionally and courteously. A lot of other staff from TD (phone and online) were not very helpful, but Waseem really managed to assist me with what should have been a simple banking issue, thanks so much again Waseem!

I rarely take the time to write a review, but my recent experience at one of TD Bank’s branches compelled me to share my frustration. I visited the branch with the intention of performing what should have been a straightforward transaction on my business account: adding a supplier as a billing payee.
