My experience at this branch is very good. I want to express my thanks to friendly and professional stuff,especially to teller Noor for helping me to solve the problem. Also to Rashida, financial advisor. Once again thank you very much for excellent job. I 've been banking at this TD branch almost for 10 years.
We are happy with this branch and its Manager. Waseem ,the branch manager helped my wife to correct the TD human error on her RRSP account and also helped myself to resolve some checks issues.
I had a very good experience at this branch. Nice and helpful staff. The branch manager Hussain Waseem is amazing , very professional and willing to help.
I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and downright rude treatment at a bank in my life. I briefly parked in a designated handicap spot (legally and respectfully), only to be aggressively confronted by the branch manager — yes, the manager — who yelled at me in public, demanded I apologize, and treated me like I had committed a crime. The tone, the arrogance, the complete lack of empathy or discretion was appalling.
