Always long line up and poor customer service. I was there to order precious metal . Advisor took my number to call back , never heard anything from anyone 4 months past. Long wait time to speak to anyone.

Never had any issues here, sometimes the branch seems short staffed which causes long line ups.. overall, everyone is in a great mood
Always understaffed and long wait times when you go in. Minimum 20 mins standing in line every single time. Need more people working.
What normally takes hardly any time took an absurd amount of time. August, started mortgage renewal, also requesting a loan we had rolled into it. By November it STILL wasn't done, and we became aware of major repairs necessary where we live, so requested changes to our mortgage, in NOVEMBER. The gentleman overseeing this process went on vacation multiple times, apparently no one else can touch our account for "security reasons" and due to dragging it on months had various papers we supplied expire and need new versions brou... read more
