Ridiculous service. Very disappointed with TD Bank. A hold was placed on my account and no one helped — not even the branch manager. I got no clear answers or support. Poor customer service and zero urgency to resolve the issue.
Last year I opened an RESP account for my kid, and applied for the grant. I followed all instructions and brought required paper work, but TD copied the information out wrong. Months later we resubmitted and they still sent in the wrong information! Their response has been rude and dismissive. Be careful oppenning these types of accounts with TD, if they mess it up you can't just close the RESP and open with someone else. Once you're trapped with them they don't care about you.
Worst bank and customer service of any bank/branch I’ve ever experienced. The wait times are ridiculous always and the staff are not knowledgeable. Their staff is always new and clearly not trained well as the service delivered is terrible. Do not use this bank.
Ordered a card here. Should arrive in a week, a month later nothing. Call several times to be told they don't have it. Call the help desk, told it's at the location, help desk calls this location, they don't even answer their own help desk. Help desk had to cancel the card, and offers to move me to another more helpful branch. Now I need a new card, with new numbers, and they have to rush it to a new location further away. Avoid this place.
