I had an appointment at this branch to close my dead mother’s account with Brad. This branch is the worst - TD is a great bank but this branch makes me want to close my account everytime. ALL my visits here have been unsatisfactory if not a completely wasted trip for the last 10 years. They're conveniently situated which is the only reason I've tried to get banking done in person there but it's futile because staff/management are SO uncaring and unhelpful. TD Bank: $5 to withdraw my own money? Ouch! Okay, I get using an ATM to withdraw money from a different bank has a penalty charge attached to it - but $ 5.00?! That is a venti latte from Starbucks!
