This branch has the most competent staff in north america. Special thanks to Franco for always taking care of us.
If the staff really don’t feel like working, they’re welcome to stay home. No need to sit behind the counter like statues pretending to be part of the furniture. It’s impressive how many creative excuses they can come up with just to avoid doing their job — one might think we owed them something. This is not the nearest TD branch to me but I come here for all my banking needs. The staff here are courteous and provided me with the options I need. They are no-fuss… quick and straightforward. Sometimes I have to wait a bit while they verify information details of my transaction; I would rather have that security and reassurance that they are protecting my identity and my account.
