Arban was incredibly kind, maintained a high level of professionalism and provided truly excellent service
This branch is nothing but inefficient from my experience with two separate tellers. In December I paid my safety deposit box fee and received a receipt for the payment. In February I received a reminder notice that my fee was outstanding. I printed my cancelled cheque and went to the bank with the receipt and cancelled cheque so they could get their mistake corrected. The teller took a copy of my receipt and cancelled cheque and tried to find it in their system. He said rather than me waiting while he tried to figure out wh... read more

10 people in line. 2 employees. Long waiting time. Can we start having more employees. Can’t be waiting 30 min for service. Everyone complaining in line .
