I had a great experience getting my credit card. Arban Bhatia, Personal Banking Associate, was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend his service to others.
On August 6, I had an appointment with Kevin Marques at 11:30 a.m. I arrived at the branch at 11:20 a.m., ten minutes before my scheduled appointment. When I entered, there was no receptionist or anyone available to greet customers. I waited for a few minutes, expecting someone to ask about the purpose of my visit, but no one approached me. Last month I deposited a check, I was spending 6 days for get something.. Now I try to deposit a check t anly 440 dollars the cashier called Bermudez say TD can't give me nothing in advance, he don't talk with another person or supervisor or something like that just he say I can't .. terrible attention.
