The branch refused to make deposits to lawyers bank account for silly reason that the branch manager don’t know the lawyer personally. Wow

Poor service. The manager ( short old woman wearing black, hair dyed yellow) has angry face, speaks to customers like she's doing them a favor. Her tone is rude. Except teller line, other services are slow, many consultancy rooms empty but no consultant.. all absent probably. Waited and spoke to them twice but they left us waiting..we left without any service. As long as the banking in a monopoly, expect more slump, & more failure.
I had an appointment for mortgage renewal with Kevin. My overall impression was that I met with a robot, might as well have met with ChatGpt. No human connection, no concessions, no offers, just dry numbers without offering space for negotiations. Very disappointed. As a result I went to another branch, where I have done fine my renewal smoothly as a result of bilateral negotiations. Just something to keep in mind as a feedback.
