I went to there td branch to make my first td bank account and even though they're full already they still manage to squeeze me in i was so thankful that they did since i need it so much cuz im going to send my void cheque to my new job agency
Absolutely terrible TD Branch, me and my girlfriend like many times before at other branches come in to takeout the cash from her account. We are stopped from doing that because "it's suspicious" we are talking to the lady manager and she is BEYOND RUDE! Im help my girlfriend with everything because she literally has trouble talking to others especially at the bank, the manager lady was making it seem like I was holding her hostage... and I heard her on the phone saying things like "fraud" and "scam" and "she's shaking" also... read more
The worst customer service EVER! The bank makes mistakes and won't help it's customers resolve the issue. Especially takes advantage of senior citizens hoping they will give up. If you can get through to someone on the phone after more than 30 minutes on hold, they place you on hold again for another 30 minutes and the call gets dropped. This has happened more 5 times in that last week! Our next step is to switch to another bank!
I visited this branch second time. The lady Shubhada assisted me. I found her very professional and courteous. She provided me knowledge of the products which is beneficial to me. She replied my all question with utmost satisfaction. She is a valuable assets of TD.
Knowledgeable manager working on February 10, 2025. She helped me resolve my debit card issue. She went above and beyond to make sure everything is working on my account. Much appreciated. I love to see more professional people at work and know their job. Keep up the great work.
