Worst Manager Ever!! I almost closed my TD banking because of this Branch! I have been a long time customer and so has my wife! We chose TD because it was the only bank we truly felt safe banking with. A few days ago I went to withdraw MY MONEY, and manager started arguing AFTER I VERIFIED MY IDENTITY. After noticing suspicious and unauthorized transactions on my account, I raised serious concerns regarding possible employee misconduct and internal failures that may have contributed to the situation, including concerns surrounding fraud prevention, oversight, and the handling of potentially fraudulent government checks being processed into customer accounts.
