Wanted to give a big 0 but didn’t have option Worst branch for business people. They hold my own hard earned money without any reason , despite of having multiple TD business accounts, personal accounts, debit machines, mortgages , insurance and credit cards with them,they have all the information regarding me but they denied to transfer the funds without giving me any clarification and I was told to wait until I get a call from back office. Edited from: Good location, sometimes busy. New review: this location has gone downhill. I get monthly cheques from the same company and they always hold my cheques even though they clear every single time and I have been depositing them since 2019, they release funds up to $5000 but always put a 5-day hold on the rest of the amount. This location is the only one who does this, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere or even switching banks. Just absolutely ridiculous

I also wish I could give a 0. I am a die hard CT-TD customer since 1988. But wow. This is the second time I have come to this branch and had to wait (today 15min) last time almost 30. Both times staff were not able to help. Today was a simple USD deposit but the machine was broken. I was holding the USD$ In my hand the entire duration of standing in line. Note to self: do not attend this branch!!
