I have been a member of TD for 15yrs+ love this bank great staff but my last experience at this particular branch was terrible i was treated like a common criminal that bothers until this day i went to the ATM to get cash from my account called an Uber to get home waiting outside I was approached by a lady and was told I can't be lighterin around and I was ask to leave the area isn't this unreal I am a Blackman but everybody is not the same I am a father and a grandfather I have a great job work for what I have and what I wa... read more
This is the worst TD branch I have dealt with. We have been depositing cheques in our trade name for past 8 years never once returned two weeks back we deposited a cheque with big amount and we were told the cheque was returned it is over two weeks and we still did not get the cheque in mail Michael Burch who is supposed to be a small business advisor did not even bother to inform us though we have maintained a very decent balance with the bank. Service is under the criteria. Staff do not know nothing, they aren't prepared well. It is scary
