What an awful bank branch. I also am motivated to switch banks based on my experience with this branch. This branch is not interested in solving cutomer problems, only in saying 'no'. To make it worse, the bank manager wanted to know details about my situation when there was 0% chance he would confirm the funds and remove a hold from my bank draft (and he knew it). Today I visited the TD bank and wanted to open my son’s account, we met Dur-E-Shehwar (Sherry) Khan. She was very kind to me and my son, She helped us in opening my son’s bank account and understanding the process. She also gave my son a gift that made him very happy. Overall our experience with her was excellent, Thank you TD.
Very disappointed I had emergency bank card where out of town and they would not give me a new card
