I visited this branch to open a business account. The only person available to assist me was a trainee standing at the front desk, seemingly unoccupied. When another staff member asked him to help me (all he had to do was verify my details in person and create a profile — the rest I could do online), he responded, “I'm on my break.” He then told me to come back in 30 minutes. How incredibly dangerous is this?! You lock your ATM doors when you're closed and do not hire a security guard for the ATM inside, so now people are forced to line up outside, in the Drive-Thru. Somebody is going to get hurt and it will be 100% your fault because you are too cheap to hire a security guard.
