This has been my home branch for about a year and I am always greeted with very friendly service. I am going to switch all my banking for work, taxes, income etc... from my previous credit union to TD and do all my banking here at this branch. :)
Unprofessional behaviour and unacceptable conduct from how they treat customers with disrespect manners they’re making fun of disabled people
Thanks to the incompetence at this bank my house did not close on time. They were given all the required paperwork a month in advance. I had to hound them to complete my mortgage and bridge loan and when the day came they sent the wrong amount of money which stalled the entire deal.
Zero customer service from the manager Very rude
Showed up at 6pm (closing) and there were still customers inside, but I was told rudely I wasn't allowed access to the ATM. Was told to use drive thru ATM which was "temporarily out of service". Would have took me 2 minutes to use the inside ATM, and there were still customers inside, shouldn't have been an issue.
