I recently had an unfortunate experience at TD Bank that left me quite frustrated. I walked in just before closing time, around 3:59 PM, hoping to take care of a quick transaction. To my surprise, the employee at the counter closed the door right as she saw me walking toward it. I understand the importance of sticking to business hours, but it felt inconsiderate to not give me the opportunity to quickly complete my task, especially when she had clearly seen me approaching. This branch lies!!! Worst experience with a bank, was soo misguided it's sickening. Because of them basically lying to me when I was expecting money (based on what they told me) so much bad is going to happen because they told me wrongful info. So many problems have been cause by this bank since I switched to td... unfortunately worst experience I've ever had with a bank. There rules and service are absolutely trash and this branch lies!!! Never had any issues with the associates at this branch, I want to make it clear they do a very good job. My issue is the ATMs, both inside and the drive thru have absolutely horrible up time. It feels like half the time I come to this branch to use the ATM it's down for maintenance or technical issues. This particular issue is made worse with locking the doors in the late evening so I can't even access the ATM inside. It shouldn't be this hard to access my money. I do not understand how this is acceptable at all.
The manager is not competent to manage the branch. I say this because she cannot even do a regular check deposit. And refused to let the customer to explain. I would never take my business to here. Very disappointed. Td needs to be more careful with who they should promo. A teller at the other branch is more knowledgeable and able to provide better service than the manager of this branch. 🤷♀️
I wish there was an option for negative stars PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE...went their to get the paper statements for tax purposes, was refused and told that we need to order first and they don't know how many days or weeks it's gonna take...was there to drop off a cheque as well and they released $2000 only,,was told by the other brach that if dropped in person it's released right away...man if I was okay with $2000 then I would have used mobile deposit,, I was in the need of money that's why I drove for 45 minutes to drop o... read more
