I quite love this bank and the people that work here, I’ve seen a lot of complaints about the employees that work there through the reviews on here, yet I’ve never experienced that despite the fact i’ve been going there for 5 years. If you treat people with kindness, you will receive kindness back. Keep up the good work :)
