I quite love this bank and the people that work here, I’ve seen a lot of complaints about the employees that work there through the reviews on here, yet I’ve never experienced that despite the fact i’ve been going there for 5 years. If you treat people with kindness, you will receive kindness back. Keep up the good work :)
I had a great experience at TD Bank thanks to Amany Farhat, the Personal Banking Associate who assisted us. Amany was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our needs and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Amany if you're visiting this branch!
