Friendly staff No line today, so perfect timing!
Person who answer phone was not helpful
The bank manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. From my limited interaction with her she should definitely not be customer facing. She immediately told me she could not help me with a request even though i’ve made the same request every year with no issues. Tellers were all super friendly but she really soured my experience this year.
This branch deserves at least 4* for the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk. For quick questions they are always there to help. For more serious enquiries you have to book an appointment which unfortunately is not always available. For some reason I am more lucky to find spots at the Masonville Branch than here.
