I went there to deposit some money into an account and I have to admit, never have I ever been treated so well by a tellur. Such a gent. 10/10
Horrible service waiting in line 15+ min while 10 ppl who were not in line get new cards etc. Zero customer service unless you don't speak English then they will help you. Go to another bank you will be waiting here for a long time.
These guys have been holding my wire transfer for no reason and did not call me back or let me know whats happening to it … gave me so much stress and frustration and now my wire transfer is stuck because TD bank was careless and did not care about what will happen to my wire transfer… im gonna file a complaint with obsi against you guys and i will transfer all of my deposit to Royal bank of canada…. If i had known how careless you guys are about peoples money i wouldnt have made an account with you guys in the first place
Best employees … resolves your issue in minutes … their wire transfer department is the worst… they have been holding my money for no reason for more than 25 days instead of sending it back and never called me about it and never picked up the phone saying that they are too busy … i talked to two employees about wire transfer around 10:15 AM and both of them were very helpful and patient … should be given a raise or a promotion for such employees …
Great Service, the tellers are very helpful and nice the only thing is that it can get quite busy at times
