Literally the worst bank and service ever . As soon as the line gets big everyone scatters to the back . Manager never help get people through the cue .
They were absolutely awesome. They didn't take too much of my time when I made a withdrawal. Seems like an extremely busy branch and they kept the customers flowing through at a good pace and a lot of tellers to take care of their customers as well
I had a bank account with TD about eight years ago I felt like they slapped me in the face when they informed me that I had to close my account due to them calling me high risk because of scams They embarrassed me in front of customers at the counter (Especially ) the manager in the fraud department who also banned me from TD
Great location and helpful staff. I highly recommend this TD location.
I went in the branch for an unrelated transaction and the agent told me I needed to replace my debit card with a new one. She set up the card but left the default accounts mixed up. So I had to go back to the branch and fix it. Another agent said I didn't need a new card after all. I still had the old one and so she set that one back up. When I tried to pay some bills online a few days later the system couldn't find the card number. So back I went to the branch again.
