I have been a TD customer for years, but this branch has got to be the worst of the worst. I walked in today around 10:30 AM, and as per a couple of other occasions, their tellers are all socializing with the people on the counter to no end. There was a short lady whom I assume is the manager standing behind them watching over them, but not encouraging them to get moving. Literally the worst bank and service ever . As soon as the line gets big everyone scatters to the back . Manager never help get people through the cue .
They were absolutely awesome. They didn't take too much of my time when I made a withdrawal. Seems like an extremely busy branch and they kept the customers flowing through at a good pace and a lot of tellers to take care of their customers as well
I had a bank account with TD about eight years ago I felt like they slapped me in the face when they informed me that I had to close my account due to them calling me high risk because of scams They embarrassed me in front of customers at the counter (Especially ) the manager in the fraud department who also banned me from TD
