I've been visiting this branch since I started working on that side of town. My last visit was spectacular! The young Gentleman explained how to save me money, they replaced my cards and just made the whole interaction great. As someone heavy in Customer Service, it was nice to be treated like this. I can't remember all their names, and my Teller did write them down for me; Manager was Vicki - hopefully she remembers and can share this thousand start review with them.
Horrible customer service. Every customer was frustrated. People kept waiting for extremely long times. Tellers didn’t care.
Absolutely terrible service if you need to see a cashier. Over half an hour in line. I do most of my banking elsewhere where there are 2 or 3 tellers and never waited over 10 minutes.
12 people in line and only 2 tellers. Really?
