I don't normally go out of my way to complain. I mean, I work in healthcare so I get how challenging customer service can be. But I had the worst experience getting a loan at this bank. I really wish I had gone somewhere that actually listened to me, actually responded to my emails, and answered my questions straightforward. If TD offers you the best rates, then go ahead, but I would double check with some other I situations before I go with this bank.
Such an amazing staff. So helpful. We were helped by two employees at the branch. Ish and Caleb (I think that’s was his name) We came from US and had to do a large withdraw on my acct in Canada. They took their time with explaining things and helping us. Very professional and helpful. 100%+ to the branch and especially to those 2 guys the helped us today. It’s hard to find good employees and I think the branch did just that. Amazing two people that are working at this branch.
