STAY AWAY FRON TD. I received very strong attitude from the “manager” samantha. I’ll never understand how bank managers like this are chosen. She does not even know how their system works, she gave false information quickly to get out of the conversation and seemed neglectful towards me. I’m taking my business away from TD
Customer Service Manager Jessica was not the most helpful and reliable person when I emailed her regarding a request I had and she took 2 days to respond just to tell me to call someone else… Definitely this is something that they should noticed in order to talk with her to prevent this kind of behaviour with customer and previous employees
I’m sick and tired of TD especially Samantha, a “manager” who does not know how to properly communicate or do her job. I came in on a friday april 11 for a very simple TD to TD bank transfer I informed them i was travelling and they informed me i’d get a call back or an email from their loss prevention department by the latest monday.
