Customer Service Manager Jessica was not the most helpful and reliable person when I emailed her regarding a request I had and she took 2 days to respond just to tell me to call someone else… Definitely this is something that they should noticed in order to talk with her to prevent this kind of behaviour with customer and previous employees
I’m sick and tired of TD especially Samantha, a “manager” who does not know how to properly communicate or do her job. I came in on a friday april 11 for a very simple TD to TD bank transfer I informed them i was travelling and they informed me i’d get a call back or an email from their loss prevention department by the latest monday. This isn’t my homeTD but stopped to get cash from the ATM to put in a birthday card but was not having any luck with the transaction. Bank employee Gus noticed my frustration and came to my rescue without my having to ask for help. Gus took the time to fix the problem with my debit card. Thank you so much Gus. My grandson was thrilled with the $$$.

Very bad branch.. ignorant teller talking to each other intentionally making us wait for no reason this morning.. Sad to see TD LIKE THIS... hope management will look into.
