My Dad banked at this branch for many years before he passed away in 2023. I can't thank Sheryl Adam's enough for the level of service she provided my dad and I during her career with TD. Always exemplary top notch high quality service. Hopefully she enjoys her retirement.
During the days of the very recent ice storm I was in the middle of trying to get important documents sent off so the purchase of my home could happen. The bank manager Peter DiNardo went over and above to help me this day. It was a very stressful and emotional time for alot of us without power, water and heat. Peter showed me compassion and support he was beyond helpful and I cant ever thank him enough!! Nice people inside, but the bank charges too many fees
I've been banking with TD for over 30 years, I called to order some costa Rican currency, and it's two weeks! While the couple we are going with ordered it today for pick up tomorrow with RBC, why 24 hour turn around time for RBC and two weeks for TD bank?
