Attente inacceptable et service horrible.
Service très très long. Je suis passé pour prendre un rendez-vous pour un financement d'auto. Le personnel n'était pas en cohérence de linformation si ca se fait sur place ou par téléphone. La dame m a laissé attendre et pris d'autre client au lieu de me repondre. Elle m a donné finalement un numero écrit sur papier à appeler pour discuter avec un agent. Le numéro etait erroné il servirait pour service d'un prêt existant. J'ai changé de succursale et je ne reviendrais jamais.
